PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
At Go Fresh Cleaning Limited, we work hand in hand with property management companies all across Limerick. We know that cleaning properties can be time consuming – especially when there are other areas to concentrate on. We can provide our cleaning services on a once off basis – or as a regular contract.
Once Off Cleaning
Often there are once off jobs that require cleaning – such as certain rooms, areas that are being decorated etc. Our cleaners can ensure that your room / building is left ready for the next project. If you have any special requirements – we are more than happy to discuss.
Deep Cleaning
We work with many property management companies / estate agents, to ensure that properties are clean and ready for the next resident. We can also ensure that everything is clean for viewings. When we provide a deep clean – we leave the place as clean as though it were our own home!
Contract Cleaning
We can provide ongoing cleaning for properties – apartment blocks etc. This involves standard work – floors, dusting etc. making sure that your building is presentable at all times. We can offer cleaning on a daily / weekly / monthly basis – whatever suits you. How often the building needs cleaning will depend on usage and of course the traffic. We can discuss this with you during the initial discussion.
